 Bella Creature Comforts guarantees all products against manufacturer’s defects. If you receive a defective product please contact customer service within 48 hours at 1-888-PET-ROMP or customerservice@bellacreaturecomforts.com for credit or replacement instructions. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Shipping
Your order is shipped from Houston, Texas via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS.
Orders of in stock items are shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday. Of course we have to take the weekends off to play with our own furry kids! If we can’t ship your product within 48 hours, we will email or call you to let you know the status. The standard shipping fees are:

Special Shipping and Handling
- For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada please email us at info@bellacreaturecomforts.com for S&H charges.
- For foreign delivery, please contact us at info@bellacreaturecomforts.com for a shipping and
customs quote.
- If you desire overnight or airfreight because you just can’t wait to get your Bella goods, please give us a call for a freight quote.
- If you purchase a large volume of Bella Products we will gladly secure a freight quote for you, and package the goods in the most economical manner available.
- Sorry, but we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes.
If your parcel is returned to us as refused, unclaimed, unknown address, or insufficient address we will charge you shipping and handling fees plus a 15% restocking fee. So be sure and give us a good address!
Sales Tax
If you are a resident of Texas, or shipping a gift to a resident of Texas, you will be charged the Texas Sales Tax rate of 8.25%.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your product. So if you open the box and decide it is not what you wanted, please contact us immediately at 1-888-PET-ROMP or customerservice@bellacreaturecomforts.com for a return authorization number. Note that we cannot take returns of pet beds if they have been used at all due to health regulations. Returns of pet beds can only be accepted if the product is in new, unused condition. That means no pet hair, slobber, or paw prints on the products! So please carefully review the sizing and product details before placing your order. For returns the products must be packed in their original manufacturer’s packing, along with the invoice and the return authorization number marked on the invoice, and shipped to us at:

Your feedback is important to us, so please tell us the reason for your return on the invoice. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable on returned products. We also suggest you insure your returns against damage or destruction in transit so you aren’t liable. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Close outs and Customized items cannot be returned, except for manufacturer’s defects. The bottom line is if you have an item you’ve opened, looked at and decided it won’t work for you, feel free to return it and we’ll credit you back for the item (less S&H charges). If, on the other hand, you use the product and it shows wear and use upon return, we will not be able to give a credit for it. But we will happily donate it to a canine rescue organization on your behalf. You won’t receive a credit, but you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping out dogs in need.
Privacy Policy
Bella Creature Comforts does not sell, trade or rent your personal information such as your name, address, email or account information to anyone, period. We believe in privacy, and we respect yours. We use the information you provide to process orders and to create a personalized shopping experience for you, and that’s it. If you subscribe to our newsletter and email specials, we’ll collect your email address. But we won’t sell, trade, rent or in any way share it with any other entity.
